Lamna Obliqua Shark
is about 50 million years old.
There are 150 real fossilized teeth;
three rows of 26 on the top and three
rows of 24 on the bottom. The jaw has been replicated, as cartilage
does not tend to fossilize.
Sharks have been one of the most successful
and addaptive species on earth with ancestors dating as far back
as 250 million years.
